Brandwacht Manor House
Ongoing since start 2021
The building was built in the 1700s. The project was a refurbishment and restoration project, that entailed replacement of all the existing internal floors, and doors. Repair and maintenance of old sash windows. The areas surrounding the building were replaced with brick on edge. All existing light fittings were replaced. Partial new ceilings and bulkheads. Old existing ceiling exposed and renovated to its former glory. Existing staircase renovated, with new treads and risers and balustrade.
